This PC Remote Control app requires desktop application to be installed on your PC to create connection. Please download it from following links at CodeGenesis page and also the Java Runtime Environment if there is no existing installed in your PC.
After you installed all the require applications for your PC, you must have a wireless router. In order to use it as a server for connection between your PC and your smartphone, or any other alternatives that physically act as a server with wireless connection for your smartphone. Be aware if your network adapter is set to default to your network router or server and disable all the existing virtual network host adapter, for example like the VirtualBox Host-Only Ethernet Adapter. If you don't disable that existing virtual network adapter, it will not work properly.
